- The operator can choose to have own personnel educated to act as DPA or utilize DPAs provided by the test center.
Who can sign the agreement?
Single persons can sign this agreement and perform operations, but the agreement will only cover the person who signs the agreement.
When an organization signs the agreement all personnel from this organization can perform operations under the responsibility of the signing organization.
Gaining access to the test center
To operate within the perimeter of HCA Airport, personnel need to either have a temporary access permission or a permanent access permission.
Temporary access
A temporary access permission is granted by showing valid personal ID card upon arrival at HCA Airport. You must be escorted at all times by a holder of a permanent access permission. A temporary access permission can at a maximum be granted for 21 days a year.
Permanent access
A permanent access permission is granted by completing an online application, including completing an online training course. Once this process is successfully completed, a HCA Airport ID card will be provided.
